Day One creates a deep personal connection with the LfB framework of 3 pillars and 9 competencies. Powerful stories, real business examples and relatable workplace situations, plus an open, engaging conversation, build trust and psychological safety, inspiring participants to share their own experiences.
A powerful shift in mindsetDay 2Applying LfB
Participants from cross-functional disciplines work in groups of 7–10 to define a bold strategic intent for exponential growth over the next 1,000 days. The exercise moves them beyond incremental thinking, concluding with each team presenting its intent with confidence, ownership and commitment.
Discovering exponential growthCertificate for every participant.
On completing the programme, every participant receives a jointly awarded certificate, signed by Leading from the Back and the host organisation.
